Back in 2009:
A 16-week clinic preparing you for your best (if not first!) Sprint or Olympic Distance triathlon. The goal race this year will be the Gloucester Triathlon on August 9, 2009 (a sprint distance course), though you may train for any race. The individual components of this clinic are also offered.

Bike Technique Clinic: (Pedal Stroke, Descending, Cornering, Group Riding Skills, and more!)

Location: CLARE parking Lot in the Cherry Hill Corporate Park, Beverly. Take Rt 128 to Exit 21 (Conant Street). Turn Left and then right into the Corporate lot. Take the driveway all the way up on the left. Top of the hill!
Open Water Swim Clinic and Transition (learn to manage nerves, perfect race starts, positioning, sighting, and exits. Also learn to transition quickly swim to bike.)

In addition to all this: We will be organizing bike rides on Saturday Mornings. We will either meet as a group and ride or join together with other riders in other locations to enjoy the company of more riders! A coach will be present at the beginning of all rides.
