RunFit/WalkFit On-Going Clinics

RunFit has been successful bringing participants to a new level of cardiovascular fitness through a challenging 1-hour interval workout on the treadmill. Our goal is to show people how to train efficiently, progressively and effectively.

WalkFit is a 45 minute class specially designed for people who perhaps have always been intimidated by running but would love to use interval training in a more effective way. And who knows, you might just give running a try if the coaching and your body feel right.

RUNFIT SCHEDULE:
Spring 2010 classes are filling up fast! Each RunFit class meets one time per week for 1 hour. This session runs for 8 weeks (April 26th- the Week of June 17th).  The cost is $199 MAC members (Call for Community pricing).

Tuesday:

  • 8:30-9:30am: RunFit Class
  • 9:30-10:30am: RunFit Class


Wednesday:

  • 8:30-9:30am: RunFit Class
  • 9:30-10:30: RunFit Class

 Thursday:

  • 8:30-9:30 am: RunFit Class
  • 9:30-10:30 am: RunFit Class
