RunFit On-Going Sessions

RunFit has been successful bringing participants to a new level of cardiovascular fitness through a challenging 1-hour interval workout on the treadmill.  WE MEAN, “CHALLENGING FOR YOU!”  All levels are welcome and encouraged to participate. Our goal is to show people how to train efficiently, progressively and effectively.

 SCHEDULE:
2011 classes are filling up fast! Each RunFit class meets one time per week for 1 hour. This session runs for 8 weeks (November 1- the Week of December 20 th).  The cost is $210  MAC members (Call for Community pricing).

Tuesday:

  • 8:30-9:30am: RunFit Class
  • 9:30-10:30am: RunFit Class


Wednesday:

  • 8:30-9:30am: RunFit Class
  • 9:30-10:30: RunFit Class

 Thursday:

  • 8:30-9:30 am: RunFit Class
  • 9:30-10:30 am: RunFit Class

If you feel a bit intimidated… Please call us. We promise this class can work for all abilities, even walkers enjoy the workout, camaraderie and ” fitenss re-start” each week :)
