We love to teach our athletes about balance, commitment, persistence and success. We believe that training and coaching is a dynamic, interactive process that can yield terrific results. When done well, athletes, as well as health enthusiasts, find inspiration and insight into how to pursue their fitness goals within the context of life’s competing demands for their time and energy.

Everyday we have the opportunity to teach ourselves as well as those who follow in our footsteps that strength, as well as success, comes from our ability to strive for excellence in ourselves. If we are unwilling to risk, we will never discover our best self. For me, life is a journey to be my best self. I hope to coach in a way that helps others find their best self, too.
Marnie Lawler
After having four kids, I realize even more that life is an endurance event. Endurance takes you to places you have never dreamed possible and can show you a strength within yourself that you never imagined. HillTop Training is my way of helping others find their strengths and celebrate their life.
Our Certifications Include:
USA Triathlon Level 1 and 2 Coaches, USA Cycling Level 3 Coach, National Strength and Conditioning Association- CSCS, ACE Certified, Nutrition Specialist, American Red Cross Swimming, Adult, Child & Infant CPR.
