RunFit has been successful bringing participants to a new level of cardiovascular fitness through a challenging 1-hour interval workout on the treadmill. Our goal is to show people how to train efficiently, progressively and effectively.

$225 MAC member ($299 – community member) – includes 9 week RunFit Class (classes start the week of September 8th and will run through the week of November 8th)

Days and Times:

  • Tuesday 8:30-9:30 am                
  • Tuesday 9:30 – 10:30 am
  • Tuesday 6:30 – 7:30 pm
  • Wednesday 9:00 – 10:00 am           
  • Thursday 8:30 -9-30 am
  • Thursday 9:30 – 10-30 am
